Tyrese Maxey ($4,700)-
With the covid outbreak on the Sixers, Maxey got the start last game and played 44 minutes with a usage rate of 30.9 and took 33 shots. His price is below average tonight and he is in line to be in a game with a similar circumstance, I am not sure if he can match his 61.25 fantasy point performance but he should easily be able to pay off his low salary. Max will be chalky but he is the type of chalk that you don’t want to fade on this slate.
Bradley Beal ($9,900)-
Westbrook is out tonight so the scoring load will fall primarily on Beal. Over the past 2 games, Beal has had a usage rate of over 40 and tonight should be no different. With all the value on the slate, he is definitely worth paying up for. If you are looking for salary savings keep Dakota Mathias and Isaiah Joe on your radar.
Brandon Ingram ($8,600)-
Ingram has been a consistent 40 fantasy point player this season and while that isn’t slate breaking by any means, you know what you will be getting from him, and on a slate where there is a ton of value, he will have a safe high floor that will give your lineup a nice balance. Danny Green and Cameron Johnson are on my radar as value plays.
Domantas Sabonis ($9,300)-
Sabonis registered 28 points and 22 rebounds last game and gets the benefit of playing another fast-paced game versus the Kings tonight. It will be a little difficult fitting in so many studs on tonight’s slate but with the Sixers pretty much being all value plays tonight, roster construction will be key. On that note, Mike Scott should be back tonight for the Sixers and is minimum priced. If he is healthy he should get a ton of minutes and will pay off his salary easily.
Joel Embiid ($9,800) or Tony Bradley ($3,300)-
Keep an eye on this situation. Embiid is supposed to play tonight and if he does, he will likely be the top player on the entire slate with the Sixer’s #2 and #3 scores out. If he is out people will likely be heavy on Dwight Howard but I like Tony Bradley off the bench for a far cheaper price. Last game in a similar situation Bradley got 36.25 fantasy points off the bench in only 24 minutes. Miles Turner and Mitchell Robinson are also on my radar as some mid-level type plays
Well, that is all we got for NBA today make sure that you keep an eye on those depth charts as it seems like everyone and their mother is out for this slate.
